i love this product. it's better than last i bought. i can type very comfortably without something under my wrist.

besides i like the green color making me feel relaxed.

the black or metal color always makes me feel very stressful and the place for the phone is a good design which i have never seen in other products.

however it's a little small for my 16-inch laptop but it should be good for 13-inch laptop

this is an easy adjustable and flexible laptop stand riser this stand riser makes a big improvement for me by bringing the screen of my laptop to my eye level

it helps raise the screen of my thirteener laptop so i am looking straight to the screen rather than look down which had caused pain in my neck

the phone holder works well for my samsung note 10 with thin cases a plus i am very happy with this laptop stand and i highly recommend it

my new computer has a tendency to get hot i was told i needed a stand with the fan in order to avoid it from happening. when i saw this stand i decided to give it a try because it costs much less and i figured the way it is made should allow airflow under the computer and solve the problem

not only does it allow air to flow under my computer but it raises the computer to a level that allows me to type without slouching it's a simple plastic design but surprisingly sturdy it's a keeper i open up the laptop computer stand

i've had several stands this one is very good for use it is very adjustable so that i can put my laptop exactly the right height

it includes a fold out bar to hold my phone while i am using it the stand is having no trouble holding the laptop remaining stable and sturdy etc i will be adding a keyboard which will be able to push up onto the legs it's a great price for a very sturdy stand if i were to improve anything i would offer it in more colors

These days almost everyone is working from home due to the pandemic, and even when we're not we tend to spend long hours in front of our pc. The global "home office" phenomenon has helped millions of companies to achieve great productivity but at the same time workers often keep complaining about pain in their neck and shoulders. There are some really easy, less time consuming, and effective stretching exercises for your neck & shoulders that can help a great deal in relieving stress pain in your neck and shoulders.

An alternative to exercises (which you should do anyway) is a good, functional laptop stand.

The stand should be adjustable so you won't feel any stress on your neck and shoulders no matter what chair or desk you use. It should prevent the pc from overheating and should be compatible with a wide range of models and sizes.

Once you have found a model that you like, play with it and try and find the right position and height to relieve stress to your back, neck, and shoulders.

Exercises You Should Combine With Your Laptop Stand

To start with your neck below exercises will surely help you to forget the phrase Pain in the neck.

You can either sit or stand with your arms resting on the side and then turn your head on one side. Hold this position for 30-45 seconds and then rotate your head towards the other side. Do about 8-10 reps on each side.

Another good stretching exercise for your neck, in which you have to move your head up and down. As you raise your neck from the down position (a position I in which you will be seeing the floor), gradually let it go up and then slightly turn it backward such that you can see the ceiling of your room. Do about 8-10 repetitions. Instantly you will get relief from your neck pain.

Another useful neck stretch consists of tilting your head towards your shoulder. Now move your head from one shoulder to the other and do it about 8-10 times.

You could do the above three exercises at an interval of 2-3 minutes. For those suffering from Spondylitis, consult your doctor before you start with the above stretching exercise.

When you are suffering from pain in your neck, you are bound to have some pain in your shoulder muscles also, even if not, why not relieve the tension from your shoulder muscles also. Follow these basic shoulder stretching exercises for which you just need to dedicate 10 minutes.

Shoulder Rolls – Roll your shoulders in a circular motion, slowly and gently. Repeat in the same in the opposite direction.

Shrugs – Elevate both shoulders and hold them for 15 seconds. Relax. Breath out and leave them free. Repeat it 10 times.

Side Stretch Both hands upwards, fingers facing the sky. Clasp hands together. Slowly, lean to one side and hold for 15 seconds. Repeat the same on the opposite side. Repeat this stretching 10 times on each side.
